  • Manage a sourcing team of 15-20 employees worldwide. As Sourcing lead, worked cross functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, program managers, legal and business leaders on all projects.
  • Responsible for cost reduction opportunities and drive supplier for cost competitiveness with sourcing tools. Set up savings targets for my team and delivered Hardware and support renewal savings of 16M in FY21
  • Created supply chain strategies for ServiceNow, developed and implemented Buffer stock strategies and triple qualifications on raw material suppliers, OEMs, ODIs.
  • Manage ongoing supply chain operations to ensure supply continuity at all times. Accomplished zero down time during the pandemic and global chip/supply chain shortages.
  • Created strategies to build and handle sustainable relationships with suppliers. Demonstrated track record in supplier negotiations and management. Led the RFQ/RFI strategies via Scout RFP
  • Led markup savings of $5M for ODMs including SHI, Red apt, Compute a Centre and Super Micro
  • Provided analysis and forecast initiatives for the data centers. Owned the process and execution for multiple functional areas, and established lead time requirements.
  • Worked with engineering and automation teams to create Power BI metrics for our System Integrators, monitor their monthly On-Time to Delivery to Forecast, Inventory planning to our long rage forecast and factory outputs.
  • Responsible for quarterly QBRs with the System Integrators (OEM/CM) – manage performance scorecards
  • Serve as the escalation point and led RCCA meetings for ODM/CM related issues (missed deliveries, capacity issues, material shortages, price changes etc.), daily standup meetings /updates until a resolution is achieved.
  • Manage contracting activities with Legal and ensure contracts reflect ServiceNow’s cross functional engagements with suppliers. Worked with Legal on international contracts within different regions of the world including USA, Asia, UK, and Australia
  • Created Suppliers’ Playbook – for onboarding new Suppliers, and making sure all System Integrators (SIs, OEMs, CMs) follow the same best practices established to support ServiceNow Cloud business.
