PROCESS ENGINEERING

Innovation is important for the success of a chemical process engineering and for building a long-term competitive edge, especially when times are tough. Many businesses will probably prioritize survival as the chemical sector prepares for a possible downturn rather than commercializing new goods or technology to reach growing markets. It might be challenging to innovate during difficult times since most industrial resources are devoted to other business areas that require urgent attention.

Chemical businesses may plan to build long-term value by looking at the wider picture, even while fighting fires. Innovation should not be about how much money is spent on R&D but how it is used effectively and efficiently. Chemical Industry can acquire, combine, and Nurturing (fostering and encouragement) the ideal set of systems, products, and processes even in tough circumstances due to various affordable digital R&D technologies. And for this to occur, businesses can think about using cutting-edge strategies that fit their corporate cultures and business structures.

Chemical businesses that rethink innovation by investing in digital capabilities like experts in Mathematically calculations thru ERP or inhouse development of systems and to computerized heavy and complex process Engineering, emphasizing teamwork, and collaborating with ecosystem partners might successfully lower overall costs, swiftly develop new products that consumers want, and ultimately produce long-term value. Energy Conservation, Natural Gas Calculation, Calculation of Plant Heat Load & CT Efficiency, Material Balance and Designing jobs. More than forty years of Experience in Systems and Process Engineer in leading Project Management, System Engineering, Integrated Business Planning, Architecture & Design and development of business logic., Reviewed ERP different Modules, Enhancement & Modifications of Modules where necessary for migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX Re-Engineering of Business Process & work-flows.  Head of ERP Selection Team, Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for selection of Best ERP for Heavy Chemical Industry by Studying/Analyzing SAP Business Suit, ORACLE Business Suit, ACCPAC X3 & Microsoft Dynamics GP/AX etc. WE recommended ERP likes SAP, ORACLE and Microsoft Dynamix for industries by developing function documents i.e., Business Blueprint.

Previously we supervised in-house the development of Systems / ERP in Object Oriented Programming languages like Web Sphere Studio & also extensively exploring the features and powers of IBM RDBMS DB2 for OS/400, SQL Server. Development tools like DDS, SDA and RLU etc. have been used to the maximum in projects. Use of DDM and GUI has made these user-friendly applications independent of Location. Developed & implemented of online interactive and integrated ERP like Inventory Control, Indent and Procurement application, Material Balance, Maintenance Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) PERT Analysis, Annual Turnaround, Manpower and Personnel & Payroll application.
